It's been a while since I had a weird dream and this weird dream was actually a week or so ago, but I feel the need to talk about it because of the level of WTF?! it induced in my mind.
EDIT:// You know what? I give up. My English grammar SUCKS. Downside to watching nothing but J-dramas and anime for the past few months, I suppose. Arrrgh.
Anyway, in my dream, I was having lunch. And it's a massive lunch, literally, of
inihaw na bangus (roasted
milkfish). It's so huge that half of the stomach area takes up my entire plate. When I started eating the fish, I was with my mother in our dining room. Nearly an hour later, she was done and I was still there.
UNEXPECTED CHANGE OF SCENEA colleague at work sat down next to me in the office pantry to eat her own lunch, and I shared my giant milkfish with her and we talked...and two hours since I started eating passed and she left me.
UNEXPECTED CHANGE OF SCENEWhich was just fine, I could have gone on eating by myself-- Or not. As here comes the WTF? moment that probably contributed to my waking up...
Just as I was HALFWAY through the fish, who comes along but...
Tegomass!
That's right. Tegoshi and Masuda. I DON'T EVEN LIKE TEGOMASS (as a unit -- nothing personal against Massu, but, ew, Tego), what were they doing in my dream?! Actually, I don't even like milkfish anymore, especially since I have to look at it nearly every day. (The same goes for shrimp and lobsters, too.)
For some reason, they're eating lunch in my dream. Well, actually, only Massu's eating and Tegoshi was just there to... cheer him on or something. And the worst thing was, it's the recent Tegomass that went on tour, with the crazy girly perm, complete with multi-colored hairclips.
*sigh*
And so continues my habit of NOT dreaming about events that are not tragic/ dramatic/ a sweeping epic fantasy, or that are of people that I actually like.
I WONDER HOW A DREAM OF A NEVER-ENDING MEAL IS INTERPRETED? PSYCHOLOGISTS? ANYONE?
Now I'll go back to being dead/ wading through my to-be-read pile. I've finally managed to strike out
The People of Sparks (Jeanne DuPrau) and
The Time Paradox (Eoin Colfer). And if ANYONE from the Philippines wants the ENTIRE Bartimaeus Trilogy, I want to sell mine, so comment or send me a message or something. Or tell your friends.
